Full time Receptionist Position


Sprint Mufflers Exhausts & Mechanical are looking for a full-time receptionist to join our busy mechanic & exhaust workshop.


Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.


Essential skills for the roll include:

  • Strong communication & organisation skills.
  • A self-starter who can work autonomously & manage their day whilst not always supervised.
  • The ability to problem solve & prioritise tasks even when under pressure.
  • Capacity to multi-task & manage multiple demand simultaneously.
  • High attention to detail & consistency of output.
  • Works well in a team & individually.
  • Experience & knowledge in computer based systems such as emails & Microsoft office.
  • The ability to learn new computer based systems quickly (for example mechanic based programs with full training & support provided).
  • Trust worth & reliable.
  • Australia drivers license.


Desirable but not essential:

  • An understanding of the mechanical industry.

 

Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Greeting customers.
  • Answer phones.
  • Booking in jobs & managing day to day diary.
  • Data entry including raising invoices.
  • Some debtor management.
  • Organisation of jobs & front office.
  • Cleaning.
  • Incoming & outgoing vehicle management.
  • Collecting payments.


Above award rate & negotiable depending on experience.

Full time Mechanic Position x2


Sprint Mufflers Exhausts & Mechanical are seeking a qualified mechanic with a strong work ethic & passion for automotive repair.


Hours are Monday-Friday 8am-5pm.


Essential skills for the roll include:

  • Certificate III or above in Mechanical Services.
  • Experience in diagnosing, repairing & maintaining a variety of vehicles.
  • Ability to autonomously work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High attention to detail & consistency of output.
  • Trusty worthy & reliable.
  • Ability to work independently & as part of the team.
  • Duties include (but not limited to).

 


Duties include (but not limited to):

  • Perform routine maintenance & repairs on vehicles.
  • Diagnose & troubleshoot mechanical issues.
  • Install exhaust systems & other related components.
  • Maintain a clean & organised work area.
